Gilles Robin is one of our longest-standing producers, whose wine we have been importing since the 1996 vintage. This is absolutely delicious, with exciting, vivacious young Syrah aroma, full of raspberries and fragrant black pepper. It is not heavy in the mouth, and yet it still feels complete, succulent and rounded. Lovely savoury, spicy finish. Crozes-Hermitage 'Papillon' is dedicated to Gilles' two daughters, Léonie and Lucie.
