Coterie by Wildeberg Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a white wine from South Africa. The wine is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, with the Semillon barrel fermented in 600 litre French and Austrian oak for 10 months, and the Sauvignon Blanc fermented in stainless steel and kept on the gross lees for 10 months. The wine has a rich textural mouthfeel and a bright acidity, making it a great accompaniment to oily fish or green curries. It is also suitable for white fish, roast chicken dishes, or tiger prawns with chilli.
