The golden Ribolla Gialla grapes produce juice that is rich in phenolic compounds, which needs treating with the utmost care to produce fine wine. Complex aromas on the nose - honey, truffle, caramel and savoury notes, and a suggestion of creamy coffee. The palate is lighter and fresher than the nose suggests, with lively, lemony, citric notes, and a persistent finish.
