One of my favourite examples of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, this wine has a complex aroma of plums, blackcurrants, and a hint of smoke. The palate offers ripe black cherry, hints of leather, liquorice and toasted oak, with a delightfully lingering finish. Perfect for lamb, cassoulet and barbecue food. A 75cl bottle of wine suitable for both men and women.
