Château Chantalouette Pomerol AOC 2018 is a fantastic vintage with exceptional terroir and a perfect balance between tannins, fruit, and acidity. This complex terroir yields well-structured and rich wines. Perfected by Christian Moueix, the wine maker behind Château Pétrus, this claret is rich in fruit with fine and velvety tannins. Aged for 18 months in oak for extra complexity and bottled with only a light filtration to preserve its rich texture. It pairs well with roast red meats, venison, or beef stew, and is also suitable for mature Cheddar.
