Chemin Des Rêves, Bois-Moi, AOP, Languedoc 2018 is a red wine from the Languedoc region. This wine displays a pleasant garnet purple hue and has a mouth-filling, rich texture with black fruits and delicate spices. The firm and round tannins complement the wine's complexity. The estate, owned by Benoît Viot since 2004, uses organic techniques to preserve the environment. The soils are grassed and ploughed, and no weed killers or chemical fertilizers are used. Yields are limited and controlled by short pruning, disbudding, and green harvesting, allowing the roots of the vines to obtain in-depth nutrients and minerals. The wine is certified organic and has a 75cl size.
