Chateau La Sable Rosé, Luberon, Provence is a 75cl unisex wine. It is made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle grapes, grown in a sandy terroir at an altitude of 250m. The wine is hand-harvested in small cases and undergoes a light pressing of whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature for about 2 weeks, followed by aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
