This Margaux property was bought by the owners of Chateau Calon Segur in 1961. They invested heavily in the vineyards and the chateau to bring it back to its former status. Chateau Du Tertre performed well in 1987, albeit in a slightly different style. Typical blend, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc. The bottle is 75cl and in good condition, with a good capsule and label, and the wine level is at the base of the neck.
