1 x 75cl. Berty from Chateau de la Selve is named after the plot of land where the vines grow, Serre de Berty in the Ardèche region. The particularity of the plot is the high amplitudes of temperature, very hot during the day in the summer months and very fresh nights, which preserves the finesse of the wine. The blend is made of Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault, all manually harvested and only natural present yeast, no additives. This wine features loads of red fruit and spices with smooth tannins. It can age easily for 10 years or be drunk in its younger days with a more fruity taste. The wine is certified biodynamic by Biodyvin, making it suitable for both men and women.
