Charles Heidsieck 'Blanc de Blancs' NV is a pale golden sparkling wine with a fine stream of bubbles. It has aromas of peach, candied citrus with hints of lime, giving way to a freshness and tautness on the palate with tangerine and lemon on the mid palate. This Blanc de Blancs combines Charles Heidsieck's expertise in blending a large selection of wines from different years and the production of great white wines. It is the first time their NV contains barrel-fermented wines, 9% of which have been added to broaden the texture and add a hint of spice. The finish is elegant and of length, typical of the Charles Heidsieck style.
