A white Côtes du Rhône from the southern Rhône valley, made from traditional grape varieties. This wine is fresh, medium-bodied and vinous, with a delicate nose of fennel tops and hedgerow flowers. The flavours are nuanced and refined, with careful use of oak adding texture and structure. A lovely apéritif or accompaniment to light starters and grilled fish.
