A new edition from Bodegas Piqueras, named so because its made from grapes grown on historic land that once housed a brick factory, where the local clay was also used to make the bricks. This old vine Syrah is harvested late, usually in mid-October, allowing the grapes to reach optimal maturity and ripeness. It is aged for nine months in new French oak barrels, imparting spicy and toasted notes to the wine. Deep cherry in colour with soft tannins, this fantastic Syrah offers a balanced and powerful palate and is perfect for those who appreciate a classic, well-structured red with character and depth.
