This Bernard Remy Carte Blanche is a sparkling wine created from a classic blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes from the three main parts of the A.O.C. Champagne: Côte de Blancs, the Marne Valley and Montaigne de Reims. Hints of citrus together with notes of vanilla and brioche are predominant in this champagne. Its vinification process is almost artisanal, making it an enticing wine suitable for both men and women.
