Satèn, which means 'silk' in Italian, is as sparkling style which is unique to Franciacorta. It is bottled at lower pressure than most sparkling wine, giving it a creamy, silken texture, which gives rise to the name. Made from 100% Chardonnay, Berlucchi's exceptional Satèn has wonderful aromas of baked, spiced Bramley apples filled with golden raisins, and nuances of green herbs. It has the promised silkiness of texture and a long, fresh, crisp apple finish.
