This 75cl Riesling Grand Cru from Bassermann-Jordan is a dry wine from the Pfalz region of Germany. On the nose, it shows typical Riesling aromas such as citrus and stone fruit, as well as some chalky notes. The fruit is very fresh, with bright nuances of peach and fresh apple. On the palate, this wine has a gripping acidity with a fine minerality. The grapes were hand selected and gently pressed, and the wine remained on the lees until bottling in July to give it more depth and complexity. The wine is suitable for both men and women.
