Attis Mar Albarino 2021 is a fresh white wine from Spain. It has an intense straw colour and a great persistence. The wine is full-bodied, salty, and has a lingering finish. It's aged under the sea to a depth of 12m, which contributes to its unique taste. The grapes are hand-harvested in boxes of 15kg, and the wine undergoes a cold temperature setting, spontaneous fermentation, and ageing on lees in steel tanks and oak vats.
