Aphros Loureiro is a renewing project for the Vinho Verde region that showed unloved grape varieties can be as interesting as the most famous ones, and that prejudices can be questioned. The project takes biodynamic agriculture to one of the climates where it would apparently be less advisable, producing good wines that are a pleasure to drink. This wine is fresh and inviting, full of fruit aromas, including citrus and peach, with notes of bay leaves and linden flowers. It has a tense and very clean taste, with a good mineral load, direct on the palate, showing itself with fruit and candy, and a beautiful acidity effect that refreshes the palate with each sip, with a good dryness in the background. The wine comes in a 75cl size and is suitable for both men and women.
