This is the estate's top cuvée made from 100% Assyrtiko, the indigenous variety of Santorini. The wine has a brilliant bright straw colour and introduces distinct aromas of exotic fruit such as passion fruit with notes of honeysuckle and a subtle smoky character. The palate shows fresh citrus fruit with a smooth round body and a richly complex texture, finishing elegantly. Available in a 75cl size, this wine is suitable for both women and men.
