Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, three Smart TVs, a DVD player and MP3/Bluetooth docking station. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture, an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and designated parking for one car. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. Living Room Blinds - Please note, the blinds in the living room are unable to be lifted up at this time which is preventing the living room patio doors from opening. The blinds can be tilted to open and close them to provide privacy. The blinds are due to be replaced in the next few months.
